Cruising the High Seas on the Carnival Glory

The ship left out of Port Canaveral, FL. We drove down from our house in South Carolina in about 8 hrs and invested the night time at the Radisson in Cape Canaveral. The back again of the boat is at an angle, so I hardly ever felt like I was heading to fall overboard. I have an excessive fright of heights and usually can't stand balconies, but this 1 was too awesome!! Lots of space and privacy as effectively.

We uncovered a good viewing spot and watched as the Carnival Glory sailed out of the harbor and into the Atlantic Ocean. In no time at all, land was but a distant memory and we turned our ideas to exciting. We had the early dinner in the Platinum dining place. The foods is terrific on Carnival ships. Just about every night had a choice of beef, chicken, pasta and vegetarian. The employees is so attentive and even sang to us on a very few nights!

We attended the comedy demonstrates, the large Broadway-sort reveals in the foremost theater and invested plenty of time in the casino - but thankfully not a good deal of funds! The Carnival displays have been just outstanding - certainly the raunchy comedy reveal - what a hoot! We invested a whole lot of time at the casino bar, and the girls behind the were our favorites and new us by identify. They usually stated howdy to us, even if we have been just walking by.

The Carnival Glory is tremendous and it is easy to get lost. It took us a number of days to figure out the place we were and in which we essential to go. Workers were usually keen to give us a hand and a level in the proper direction.

The 1st indicator we noticed as we received off the boat was "Drinking water $one - Beer 99 cents"!! We have been ready to lease two seaside chairs, an umbrella, two towels and a obtained a bucket of beer for $15. It was a lot of fun. Definitely the best quit on this Eastern Caribbean tour.

The boat was huge and ran like a clock. There ended up virtually hundreds of Carnival Employees members operating close to and aiding most people in sight. If they had been cleaning, serving, bartending or entertaining, they have been engaging in it properly.
